Few words are less to describe what Adi Yoga is for me. I was not a yoga person until I joined Adi Yoga one year back I had some health issues, I was taking physiotherapy and doing gym to be fit. But since I joined Adi Yoga, Nikita is soo good at her work that I stopped taking physiotherapy and gym and become a regular student. I am taking personal sessions and she deal so good with my health issues that its totally perfect now, my body is more flexible. I am so connected with the place that I don’t miss even a single session. Meditation sessions with Nikita are so good she exactly knows what you are looking for in the class. Yoga helps me to relieve stress.
I highly and only recommend this place for yoga. Keep going.
