Few words are less to describe what Adi Yoga is for me. I was not a yoga person until I joined Adi Yoga one year back I had some health issues, I was taking physiotherapy and doing gym to be fit. But since I joined Adi Yoga, Nikita is soo good at her work that I stopped taking physiotherapy and gym and become a regular student.
