Yogendra Chauhan is a certified yoga instructor with more than 10 years of experience. With a Master’s degree in Yoga and a certification from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University and as a personal trainer, he has guided people to health, wellness and mindfulness with customized yoga programming appropriate for all levels, including beginners.
