Thank you for your interest in the Adi Yoga brand. Here are the terms and conditions that apply to our

products and services:
Payment: All payments must be made in full advance before any products or services are provided. We accept payment through credit card, debit card, UPI,netbanking,cash or cheque.

Health Issues: If you have any health issues or concerns, please inform us prior to attending the class. We want to ensure your safety during the class, and knowing about any health issues or concerns will help us tailor the class to your needs.

Instructor Absence: In the event that a yoga instructor is unable to teach a scheduled class, we will make our best effort to notify you as soon as possible. We will provide a substitute instructor or reschedule the class for a later date.

Cancellation and Refunds: If you need to cancel a product or service, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, you may be charged a cancellation fee. Refunds are available only if the product or service you received was defective or not as described. Refunds are not available if you simply change your mind.

Liability: We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur while using our products or services. By using our products or services, you agree to assume all risks associated with the use of these products and services.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adi Yoga brand and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our products or services.

Intellectual Property: All of our products and services are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our products or services for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

Privacy: We take your privacy seriously and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of our products or services after any such modification will constitute your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
